Lawrence wins Employee of the month for April

Congratulation to Lawrence Szemberski who wins our ‘Employee of the month’ competition for April.

Lawrence, along with several other members of staff, has had a cracking month and really impressed on and off the coaching field. Again, Lawrence is one of our apprentices and as with Sam and Sarah, is showing brilliant promise in becoming a top quality coach.

It has been noticed our monthly competition is really working well and every member of staff is working very hard at the moment. With a good working ethos within the company, it’s great to hear good feedback and fantastic when that feedback gets passed around, usually resulting in the company picking up new schools/work. This is something we put down to our staff performing at the highest level on a consistent basis.

Well done everyone for last months hard work and once again congratulations to Lawrence.
