What a Cracking Easter!
Posted on by SteveWhat a cracking Easter it has been at PAS…
We’ve had so much going on over the last 3 week, and every camp has been well attended and a pleasure to coach.
Our first week started with a ‘Soccer & Multi-Sport’ Holiday Camp in Disley, and for the first time, involved Gymnastics and Dance activities. It was a great camp and all coaches said they enjoyed running every activity.
The middle week of our Easter activities was definitely the busiest! We had two ‘Soccer & Multi-Sport’ Holiday Camps running in Glossop and Chapel, and on one day we hit a combined total number of participants of 86!!! Β Both camps ran very well and once again every coach involved in the camps was very impressed with the behaviour, ability level and the fact that everyone got on very well with one another.
We also ran our 3 day ‘Residential Adventure Camp’ from Tuesday 15th until Thursday 17th April. Again the camp was a huge success and all campers did a FAB job! Mark, Luke, Sarah and myself ran the camp and all said that it was one of the best residential trips so far! Every child really tried hard in all of the adventure activities on offer, plus the behaviour, attitudes to being away from home and general effort in other small jobs around the centre was superb!
Our final ‘Soccer & Multi-Sport’ Holiday CampsΒ finish today in Glossop and Buxton. Another great week has come to an end and once again it has been another successful one. We hope all those campers participating for 4 days or more, like their football gift and we look forward to seeing you all very soon on our Whit Camps.
