Coach Luke wins August award

Coach, Luke Pearson, has won our ‘Employee of the month’ competition for August!

Congratulations to Luke, and everyone else who has worked hard during our busy month of August.

August was a massive month for PAS, as we had multiple Holiday and Adventure Camps running. It’s a time of the year when all school based activities come to an end and without a break, we are straight into our summer programme. All in all, we had 17  Camps running, meaning all our staff are busy and have to be super organised to make sure camps run well. Fortunately, we were very organised and each member of staff did a fabulous job all summer long.

As ever, our decision is always harder when each member of staff is performing to a high standard. This being the case, we then look for staff who have excelled and gone ‘above and beyond’ their normal duties.

Luke was one member of staff who definitely worked hard throughout August. He had a very busy summer period, running ‘Soccer & Multi-Sport’ Holiday Camps, plus assisting on our Residential and Non-residential Adventure Camps. With this being the case, he made sure he was very organised and flexible with his roles and duties. He also made sure every participant was looked after and had a great experience of PAS. Overall Luke was a very worthy winning of the award.

Finally, congratulations once again to coach Luke, and good luck to all staff for our September award.
