Coach Ash wins August award

Well done, and congratulations to Ashley Smallwood who has won our ‘Employee of the month’ competition for August!

It has been a great summer and all staff members have worked hard to produce great sessions whilst coaching at our Holiday and Adventure Camps. As usual, therefore, it has been difficult to pick one member of staff; however, coach Ash stood out in August.

Ash has been working with PAS for approximately 2 years as a part time member of staff whilst at University. Most recently, he has become full time after finishing his course. Ash had a great summer and his coaching has been of a high standard throughout. Although Ash spent a lot of time coaching at our ‘Soccer & Multi-Sport’ Holiday Camps, he really has a passion for the Adventure side of things! Ash was a great team leader on both our ‘Residential & Non-residential’ Adventure Camps and really demonstrated his work ethic and positive attitude.

Finally, congratulations to Ash once again and good luck to everyone in September!
