Awesome Adventure!

Once again we had another awesome adventure last week during our Summer Residential Adventure Camp!

So as usual not the greatest weather forecast, however our adventure camps are rarely blessed with blistering sunshine. This said, what we lack in tropical weather, we all make up for in enthusiasm! This summer we had 9 budding adventurous superstars who were ready to throw themselves into whatever we had planned for them… and we had quite a lot!

During our 4 day/3 night stay, various activities on offer included team games, orienteering challenges, problem solving tasks, bushcraft activities including survival challenges, shelter building, fire camp preparation and lighting, plus night walks, canoeing and mountain biking!

Coaches, Mark, Josh, Beth and Alex all said that this year the whole group worked really well together. It’s always great having regular participants return, but also having a few new campers who integrate with the group from the very start is awesome! It just shows that we have built a great team and every participant is happy to look after each other and help one and other out… a brilliant trait to have.

Until the next camp, (Easter 2018!), all our coaches would like to say a big thank you to all the children who made this summers camp a truly fantastic experience!
