A great start from our apprentices…

Over the years we have taken on several apprentices. Many come to PAS and learn from our senior members of staff, with the goal to perhaps one day move on to full time employment.

We were on the lookout for new apprentices to start this coming September, ready to get involved with our school and nursery work. Having over 20 applications for just 2 positions, it was very difficult to select from a wide range of talent. In the end it came down to 3 possible candidates… Lawrence, a confident young man who we first met whilst he was on work experience from school. Sarah, an enthusiastic person with an outgoing personality. Plus Sam, a hard working individual with a lot of promise. In the end we decided to take all 3 candidates as each person showed fantastic potential in becoming a great coach.

Since they started each apprentice has settled in well and already impressed fellow members of staff. Let’s hope the progress continues and PAS continue to develop more coaches to inspire the next generation…
