What a Super Summer

We reflect on what was our best summer yet!

We ran 13 ‘Soccer & Multi-Sport Holiday Camps’ in and around the High Peak, 1 ‘Residential Adventure Camp’ and 1 ‘Non-residential Adventure Camp’ and all of which were a super success!

Our Glossop Holiday Camp, which we ran for the full 6 weeks, attracted the most participants over all, with some days over 50 children taking part. Our other Holiday Camps were also very well attended and every coach who coached during the summer commented on how great it was to see lots of children taking part, keeping active and having fun on a daily basis.

We also had a fantastic summer competition which we ran at every camp on every Friday. ‘PAS Man’s Speed Cage Challenge’ was a FAB event and everyone who took part did exceptionally well. Each individual winner from both the older and younger group had their name read out LIVE on High Peak Radio, plus we had two presenters from HPR with us on for the Grand Final and then later put together a special piece which aired on Saturday 31st August.

Both of our summer Adventure Camps were the best yet! Everyday was something different, a new challenge, a new achievement and everyone who attended permanently had a smile on their face.
