Coach Adam wins July award

Coach, Adam Watts, has won our ‘Employee of the month’ competition for July!

Congratulations to Adam, and everyone else who has worked hard during the month of July.

July was another very busy month! We had many school sessions come to an end, final presentations at our after school clubs, multiple birthday party and many other events such as school fairs and carnivals. All in all, every member of staff has worked hard to deliver all activities to a high standard.

Adam has really impressed both Mark and myself recently. He only started working for PAS a few months ago, but in such a small space of time, he has developed well and is currently delivering sessions to a good standard. He is a fast learner and no matter what job, big or small, give 100% to make sure the work is carried out to the best possible standard. He has had some super feedback from teachers and parents where he has been coaching, which is great for our company, but also for Adam’s own development.

He is also a big hit with the children, this is mainly down to his personality and constant praise he gives out. He has a great overall manor with the kids and tries hard to make sure children in his sessions really enjoy working alongside him.

Finally, congratulations to coach Adam, and good luck to all staff for our August award.
